Confidentiality

All children’s enrolment forms are stored securely to prevent accidental or purposeful access from unauthorised persons not involved in child care activities or in administration of the centre.

The National Law and Regulations states that child related information must be kept accessible to educators for child safety purposes, e.g. in an emergency. This includes all illness, injury, trauma and incident forms which are stored securely on site.

Educators that work daily with your children understand the confidentiality of records policy of the centre that explicitly states that information relating to the care and education of a child is not to be shared with others.
