For this reason, the centre has a strong focus on personal professional development. All educators are encouraged to become more qualified to improve the learning outcomes of children. All educators at Kid’n Around are highly experienced and qualified.

At Kid’n Around it is a condition of employment that all educators have their most recent senior first aid, CPR training, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Identify and Respond to Young Children at Risk of Harm qualification and Working with Children Check. Having these qualifications means that every educator can be a responsible person and respond to an emergency the same way as we all have the same training.

You will have noticed that the centre always looks and smells clean. The centre engages a cleaner daily. The educators do a fabulous job keeping their rooms hygienic and well presented. Each day the educators also disinfect the bathroom before its nightly clean. It is imperative the centre eliminates germs where possible to prevent infectious diseases from spreading.
